Requirements
  • BS in Engineering or other Technical discipline required
  • 5+ years manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience
  • Hydraulic maintenance experience
  • Pneumatic maintenance experience
  • Drive systems/transmissions experience
  • Industrial Electrical Wiring, Mechanical/Electrical Devices and Circuits experience
  • Basic Drive Maintenance, Installations, troubleshooting experience
  • Basic Controller/Processor Maintenance and troubleshooting experience
  • Lean manufacturing methodology experience
Responsibilities
  • Builds the capability and engagement of Maintenance Planner
  • Own maintenance P&L initiatives with collaboration with site leadership
  • Build machine hierarchy and BOM for new and existing equipment
  • Lead standing and regularly recurring meetings
  • Provide priority and approvals for maintenance requests
  • Lead maintenance of essential records and files
  • Proactively influences Capital Expenditure projects and budgets
  • Monitor parts crib part inventory utilizing CMMS system
  • Track maintenance work orders to supply needed parts
  • Ensure all work have a valid work order with approvals
  • Responsible for Safety, Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental
  • Provides timely progress reporting to management
  • Controls all maintenance overtime, tardiness, absenteeism and discipline
  • Provides support and technical guidance for proper job execution
  • Drives Maintenance Department engagement
  • Develop Mechanic core competencies
  • Conduct 1:1 Feedback & Development sessions
  • Devotes time to On-The-Job (OJT) training and observation
