About the Company

Drees & Sommer

Global consulting for real estate and infrastructure

Drees & Sommer delivers partner-managed, global consulting and implementation services for the real estate, infrastructure and industrial markets. Its teams provide sustainable, economically viable solutions tailored to each client’s needs, combining consulting with hands-on execution. Work flows through interdisciplinary groups led by Partners who are personally responsible for projects, guided by the “the blue way”—a holistic approach that balances economy, ecology and functionality and blends analytical rigor with creative thinking. The main differentiators are a partner-owned, intrapreneur-driven structure, a worldwide footprint (more than 6,500 people across 80 offices) and a commitment to uniting opposing concepts—tradition with the future, analog with digital, efficiency with well-being—into actionable outcomes. The goal is to help create a livable future by integrating sustainability, digitization and practical feasibility across projects.
