In pursuit of this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many people as possible.

About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to support our rapidly growing GTM team, who are eager for more tailored enablement programs. In this role, you’ll lead project-based initiatives to uplevel the skills and effectiveness of our GTM teams, working alongside a talented, driven group across multiple functions. Your work will have a direct impact on empowering our teams with innovative programs that align with our mission at OpenAI, ensuring they’re equipped to succeed in a dynamic, high-growth environment. In This Role, You Will:

• Work to develop the sales skills of our different GTM teams with a strong foundation of sales fundamentals and methodologies. 

• Develop and implement comprehensive enablement content, including training decks, eLearning modules, and sales playbooks.

• Work autonomously with enablement software platforms for content creation and project management.

• Support and scale enablement initiatives across teams and product lines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.

• Manage complex projects effectively by fostering strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders and promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
