Requirements
  • Experienced in RevOps or GTM Systems. You’ve owned RevOps and GTM systems at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You know how to build scalable infrastructure and processes that scale from <$10M to $50M+
Responsibilities
  • Own the GTM systems roadmap — particularly HubSpot CRM, enrichment, attribution, and lifecycle automation
  • Own the integration of our existing GTM infrastructure and ensure that data flows between the tools appropriately
  • Design and maintain scalable infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, and CS tooling
  • Build workflows, routing, integrations, and automation to reduce friction and drive productivity
  • Ensure strong data hygiene, enrichment, and reporting accuracy across the funnel
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tools - with a strong POV on buy vs. build
  • Own territory design, segmentation, and quota modeling across the sales team
  • Partner with leadership to define, implement, and iterate on compensation plans
  • Support annual and quarterly planning with capacity models, coverage analysis, and forecasting input
  • Build operational leverage by identifying bottlenecks and fixing them with systems or process
  • Define and maintain core dashboards for pipeline, funnel conversion, rep performance, and customer lifecycle
  • Partner with GTM and Finance to drive forecast accuracy and visibility
  • Track sales efficiency, rep ramp, and productivity metrics - and use data to recommend action
  • Run our deal desk - helping structure deals, standardize workflows, and unblock edge cases
  • Own quote-to-cash infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot <> Stripe integrations)
  • Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access across GTM systems
  • Maintain documentation for system logic, workflows, and data definitions to support scale and transparency
  • Ensure GTM systems and processes support compliance (e.g. SOC 2 audit readiness)
Desired Qualifications
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Pocus
  • Forward thinking. You’ve worked with modern GTM stacks (bonus points if you have experience with Pocus!) and understand how to make them work together to power growth. You stay at the forefront and push the boundaries of RevOps best practices.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented. You care about clean data, clear definitions, and accurate reporting. You’re comfortable diving into funnel metrics, attribution models, and forecasting logic.
  • Strategic partner. You bring structure to ambiguity and act as a thought partner to Sales, Marketing, CS, and BizOps leaders. You’re energized by solving cross-functional problems.
  • Clear communicator. You document workflows clearly, write crisp updates, and can explain systems to both technical and non-technical teammates.
  • Bias for action. You move quickly, take ownership, and prioritize business impact. You’re excited to build leverage and scale with the company.

Pocus.io provides a revenue data platform that combines product usage data with customer data to give a single view of how customers interact with a product. It helps GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) understand behavior, identify opportunities, and act quickly to grow revenue. The platform centralizes data so downstream tools stay in sync, and it does not require developers to use it, putting business teams in control. Pocus focuses on reducing churn, increasing retention, and uncovering hidden revenue by giving actionable insights for prospecting, expansion, and customer success. Its goal is to help businesses align sales, marketing, and customer success around unified data to drive growth.

Pocus' Revenue Data Platform accelerates revenue by enabling go-to-market teams to analyze, visualize, and action data about their prospects and customers without needing engineers.Pocus Revenue Data Platform"When we first started Pocus, people called us PLG CRM or Product-Led Sales (PLS) tool, because it was the primary use case we enabled for customers," said Alexa Grabell, CEO and Co-Founder at Pocus. "As we've onboarded more customers, their needs have expanded beyond sales and PLG use cases. Our customers have explicitly called Pocus the engine that runs their go-to-market, and Revenue Data Platform accurately captures that value."Modern GTM teams rely heavily on product usage data to drive better experiences at every point of the customer journey. These teams get the most value from consuming data. Yet, go-to-market teams are underserved by existing data platforms built for more technical teams.Pocus was founded to solve this problem for sales teams and has since evolved to serve the entire go-to-market function - sales, success, growth, and marketing.Key components of our updated platform include:Revenue Data Graph: Break down data silos by combining data from various sources into a format that is accessible for GTM teams to run any playbook.Break down data silos by combining data from various sources into a format that is accessible for GTM teams to run any playbook
