THE ROLE:
This is a Graduate Trainee program designed to launch your career in modern infrastructure engineering. As a Graduate Trainee, you will join our IT Infrastructure team and help transform how we run and deliver infrastructure across three focus areas: automating repetitive infrastructure operations, building self-service tools that let teams provision and manage resources without tickets, and prototyping practical AI solutions that make our operations smarter.
THE PERSON:
Over the year you will work primarily with Python, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), and Linux, on a fleet of x86 servers. This is an ideal program for a recent graduate who codes well, is curious about infrastructure, and wants a structured path into infrastructure engineering. You will be paired with senior engineers as mentors, follow a guided learning and rotation plan, and take ownership of real projects that make a measurable impact. On successful completion, strong performers may be considered for a permanent role on the team.
