- Candidates must be willing to work with clients ages 2–23, all behaviors including aggressive or destructive behaviors, and support needs including hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
- Conduct one-on-one direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions in school or home settings.
- Assist clients throughout the day with academic and daily living tasks.
- Teach adaptive play, self-care, cognitive, social, and communication skills.
- Encourage desired behaviors through positive reinforcement.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
- Ensure a safe and encouraging environment for children and teens.
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities in all settings.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical practices.
