Requirements
  • Relevant Environmental Management Sector experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Five to eight or more years of quality assurance or audit experience.
  • Objectivity, persistence, and organization.
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
  • Willingness to travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.
  • Ability to work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office facilities.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate audits.
  • Track audit findings.
  • Support corrective actions.
  • Maintain audit records.
  • Provide finance and administration support across human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation.
  • Assist with program and project management support in daily business activities and initiatives.
  • Maintain audit schedules and checklists.
  • Support quality assurance and nuclear safety teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Environmental Management Sector experience with the U.S. Department of Energy preferred.
  • Auditing certifications are beneficial.
