Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship.
Perform physical activities, including bending, lifting (up to 50+ pounds), and other manual tasks.
Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process.
Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers.
Handle customer concerns on jobsites and escalate them to the install manager when appropriate.
