As an Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization across two studio locations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This is an on-site, part-time position with consistent overnight hours and opportunities for advancement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces nightly, including reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
• Taking before and after photos at each location for quality control
• Following a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness
• Clocking in and out via a smartphone app at each stop
• Driving between Aventura and Boca Raton locations during scheduled shifts
• For Lead: tracking cleaning-supply inventory, placing restocking orders, managing cleaner attendance, and coordinating same-night replacement coverage as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working independently on overnight shifts
• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
• Proficiency using a smartphone app for clocking in/out and taking quality control photos
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to communicate in either English or Spanish
• Reliable personal vehicle to drive between Aventura and Boca Raton locations
• Ability to cover both stops in the same night on scheduled nights
• Availability to work the overnight route 4 nights per week (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri), starting 11:00 PM in Aventura and 12:15 AM in Boca Raton

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

• Competitive hourly pay: $17/hr for Cleaner, $19/hr for Lead, plus performance, shift streak, and solo coverage bonuses
• Realistic total earnings of $1,500–$1,700+ per month
• Consistent overnight schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
