Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience in Human Resources; DOE contractor HR experience is helpful
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or Business
  • Candidates must have a facility clearance and a DOE clearance level as indicated for the work performed
  • Sensitive handling of personally identifiable information
  • Place of performance is the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington
  • Travel is allowed as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, reporting, and employee services.
  • Provide services and support for Program Office 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement under Job Task 02.09 - Human Resources Operations and Data Specialist with support functions for Finance & Budget Support, Procurement/Contract Administration Support, Workforce Management & Training Support, Compensation Program Act Business Support, and Audit Coordination Support.
  • Analyze HR data, support onboarding, manage policies, and assist in organizational budget monitoring.
  • Build HR dashboards for Department of Energy reporting.
  • Functional attributes of this role include HR operations and data.
  • Work on-site at the Hanford Field Office with some remote support, with travel as required
Desired Qualifications
  • SHRM certifications helpful
  • Experience building HR dashboards for DOE reporting
