  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 3+ years of experience manufacturing wire harnesses in commercial, automotive, or aerospace industry
  • 2+ years of experience using electronics equipment
  • 5+ years of experience using basic mechanical and/or electronics hand tools
Responsibilities
  • Assist avionics engineering by rapidly iterating electronic components and cables
  • Create and record testing systems and cable diagrams
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to transform concepts into reality
  • Monitor work progress against established standards
  • Examine and interpret drawings and documentation
  • Verify flight hardware and document outcomes
  • Aid in developing manufacturing processes
  • Contribute to projects for operational efficiency
