Requirements
  • Must be fluent in writing and speaking English & Spanish.
  • 2-year degree and 2 years of experience in a related field or business.
  • Computer literate – with intermediate or higher skills in MS Word.
  • Must be detail oriented (yet flexible), reliable, and able to work as part of a team or individually.
  • Understanding basic accounting concepts is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
  • Confirm sales orders and process vendor purchase orders by matching and reconciling quotes, quantities, and shipping terms.
  • Follow up and track open purchase orders based on expected due dates.
  • Ship customer orders per order instructions and customer and broker requirements.
  • Discuss shipments directly with freight and border brokers as needed.
  • Help with other teams when time is available to include general filing and organization as well as help with pulling/packing orders when Warehouse needs assistance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with shipping and/or international trade (incoterms) a plus.
  • Experience with packaging or printing a plus.
