The Engineering Change Coordinator supports the implementation of released engineering changes and new designs into manufacturing to facilitate rapid innovation and minimize obsolescence. This individual will work with engineering, quality and the broader supply chain team to ensure that new content is quoted, tested, ordered and cut in to production

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide engineering change coordination to ensure continuity of production
• Mange the implementation dates of design implementation to minimize obsolescence
• Collaborate with Sourcing Engineering and Materials Management to execute a plan for every part (PFEP)
• Ensure quality requirements are met for new designs prior to implementation in production
• Utilizes Engineering systems for engineering change inquiry information
• Communicates with supplier on change status
• Tracks the unit and work order for cutting in new content
• Develops plant break points based on flight criticality, supplier readiness and obsolescence reduction

Background & Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain and/or manufacturing experience in progressive roles.
• Experience with reading technical documents.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with leading ERP systems.

US Salary Range

$64,600—$96,900 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
