  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of business-to-business sales or customer success experience
  • Passion and strong curiosity to understand “how things work”
  • Demonstrated creativity in connecting company solutions to client needs
  • Tenacious and resilient in creating relationships with clients
  • Ability to perform effective discovery conversations with clients

Responsibilities
  • Identify new opportunities and progress them through the sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies with sales executives
  • Engage in prospecting efforts including handling calls, emails, cold calling, and meetings
  • Participate in industry events to build relationships with partners
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects and articulate client needs
  • Take a consultative sales approach and conduct research on clients
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategic plans
  • Innovate and improve the overall BDR process
