- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid state licensing is mandatory.

- Deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce property rules.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms and patrol assigned areas to conduct security checks, depending on the position.
- Protect equipment and workers in factories and offices and check credentials of vehicles and individuals entering or leaving the premises.
- Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior as a Rover.
- Greet residents and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, and control property access as a Gatehouse Officer.
- Greet guests and residents, provide customer service, manage access control, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages at the Front Desk.
- Previous experience in security or customer service is desirable but not required.
- Computer skills are a plus.
- Monitoring and surveillance experience is desirable.
- Previous security experience is a plus but is not required.
