Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • TPS opened clinics in High Point, Hickory, and Inwood during June 2026.
  • Southern Rehab joined TPS on December 1, 2025, expanding Tennessee reach.
  • Indeed listed 112 open jobs on September 16, 2026, signaling hiring demand.

What critics are saying

  • Every new acquisition strains TPS integration, billing, and compliance systems immediately.
  • Lee Equity's ownership since 2022 pressures TPS toward an eventual exit or sale.
  • If reimbursements compress, TPS's acquisition-led model loses its roll-up economics.

What makes Therapy Partner Solutions unique

  • TPS combines outpatient clinics, management services, and revenue-cycle tools across eight states.
  • Steve Chenoweth stayed CEO after Lee Equity's 2022 investment, preserving operating continuity.
  • Its platform spans more than 600 professionals and roughly 60 sites, creating scale.
