Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée food service serving 100 or more patrons, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- At least 3 years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher; warrant or commissioned officer experience is acceptable.
- Experience in contingency or emergency feeding operations within the past 2 years.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Sanitation and food safety certification obtained within the past 4 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead all dining facility operations, ensuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a high-volume, multi-entrée environment.
- Supervise and mentor a team of food service professionals.
- Manage contingency and emergency feeding operations.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food service regulations.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison with the Government and contracting teams.
