Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Systems, Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Support organization and management across multiple digital platforms and internal systems
  • Assist with data reporting, analysis, and creation of dashboards using tools such as Linear, Google Sheets, or similar reporting software
  • Help categorize, archive, and maintain technical documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility for internal teams
  • Assist in reviewing and summarizing product roadmaps, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, track projects, and communicate updates clearly
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects under the guidance of the Senior Director of Technology
  • Assist where able in pushing Gallery technology initiatives forward!
Desired Qualifications
  • Interest in contemporary art and Gallery operations is a plus, though not required
