  • 8+ years of experience in advertising sales
  • Proven success in selling Programmatic Ad tech solutions to Brands and Agencies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems, ad tech platforms, and analytics tools
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred but not essential)
Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new revenue streams by engaging directly with Brands and their agencies
  • Demonstrate expertise in the solution set, including market differentiators and platform capabilities
  • Foster robust, trust-driven relationships with clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to capitalize on upselling opportunities
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitive developments
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at Genius Sports
  • Effectively manage the pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce
  • Attend industry conferences to pursue new business opportunities
