Stibo Systems launches AgentWorkx to deploy governed AI agents in master data management

Stibo Systems has launched AgentWorkx, a framework for building, deploying and governing AI agents within master data management. The Danish company also introduced Stibo Systems Agents, allowing customers to either use pre-built agents for common MDM workflows or create custom agents for specific business needs. The initial release includes two agents: Upload Anything AGT, which accelerates data onboarding from months to days, and Content Optimizer Agent, which generates product descriptions and marketing copy using governed product attributes. AgentWorkx operates within Stibo Systems' existing platform governance structure, including role-based access controls and auditability. CEO Adrian Carr emphasised that reliable underlying data is the "critical element required for AI to deliver value" as agents take on more enterprise workload. The company plans to expand its agent portfolio and allow customers to integrate their preferred AI models into the MDM environment.

Bygma selects Stibo Systems to strengthen product data and documentation across the Group, starting in Denmark.

Bygma selects Stibo Systems to strengthen product data and documentation across the Group, starting in Denmark. Sep 15, 2026, 03:00 ET One of the Nordic region's largest building materials suppliers establishes a common, governed product master data foundation to support documentation, sustainability requirements, operational efficiency, and future use of AI AARHUS, Denmark, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Stibo Systems, the largest independent provider of master data management (MDM) and the company behind the trusted intelligence platform, today announced that Bygma, one of the largest suppliers of building materials in the Nordic region, has selected Stibo Systems to establish trusted product and master data as the foundation of its business. Headquartered in Denmark, Bygma sells and distributes construction products to professional contractors and private customers through an extensive network of branches across Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Poland. Operating at that scale means managing large volumes of product documentation, certifications, and sustainability data across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and sales channels - and being able to stand behind every figure. As Bygma has grown across markets and product categories, the requirements for consistent product data, documentation and governance have increased significantly. By establishing a common, governed source of truth, Bygma aims to standardize and scale product data processes across the Group and ensure that people and systems can act on reliable information with confidence. Bygma's investment in Stibo Systems product information management (PIM) and MDM addresses three priorities: * Data that stands up to scrutiny: Meeting requirements for sustainability reporting, product documentation, certifications, and traceability with information that is complete, current, and auditable. * Reduced operational risk and greater efficiency: Standardizing product data processes and reducing manual workflows and dependencies across the organization. * A trusted source of truth: Eliminating fragmented product data and manual workflows by consolidating product master data onto one governed platform. With this foundation in place, Bygma expects to automate PIM processes and integrations with external systems, support ESG compliance requirements, increase the efficiency of product data work, and scale the platform as the business grows. Governed and verified data will also provide the foundation for future use of AI where it can create value for the business. "Governed master data is not merely a record of what exists. It is the context that allows people and AI to act with confidence, at scale, and within the rules a business is held to," said Adrian Carr, CEO of Stibo Systems. "That is the difference between holding a lot of data and having trustworthy intelligence. It is not complicated, but it does take discipline. What we recognized in Bygma is a business that already understood that. They are not treating master data as a back-office tidy-up. They are treating it as a strategic foundation for their continued growth and digital development, and we are excited to be helping them build it." "Reliable product data is becoming increasingly important to our customers and to our own operations. As documentation and sustainability requirements increase, we need a strong, common foundation across the Group," said Preben Nielsen, Group CPO at Bygma. "We chose Stibo Systems because they demonstrated a deep understanding of our situation, our business, and the environment we operate in. We have full confidence in their ability to deliver on this commitment, and we look forward to beginning the implementation process." Bygma's business priorities reflect a pattern Stibo Systems sees across the distribution and building materials sector: tightening documentation and sustainability requirements are turning product data quality from an efficiency question into a question of trust - with regulators, with customers, and across the digital systems businesses increasingly rely on. About Stibo Systems Stibo Systems is the largest independent provider of master data management and the company behind the trusted intelligence platform, helping enterprises transform data into trustworthy intelligence. Stibo Systems and CommerceIQ partner to close the gap between product data and retail sales.

Stibo Systems and CommerceIQ partner to close the gap between product data and retail sales. Stibo Systems, the largest independent provider of master data management (MDM) and the company behind the trusted intelligence platform, is partnering with CommerceIQ, the agentic AI platform for digital commerce, to help brands turn accurate, well-managed product content into stronger performance on retailer sites. The two companies bring together complementary strengths: Stibo Systems ensures product data is clean, consistent, and governed at the source, while CommerceIQ's Content Agent takes that data and optimizes how it shows up where shoppers actually buy starting with Amazon. Together, the partnership gives brands a single path from PIM to shelf, so the content that leaves a brand's system of record is also the content that converts once it reaches a retailer's platform. Great product content starts with great data. Pairing that foundation with CIQ's content agent turns intelligence into stronger performance on Amazon and other retailers." - Neda Nia, Chief Product and Growth Officer for Stibo Systemsc "Great product content starts with great data, but data alone doesn't win the sale," said Neda Nia, Chief Product and Growth Officer for Stibo Systems. "Our trusted intelligence platform gives brands confidence that the product information powering every retail experience is accurate, governed, and ready for AI. Pairing that foundation with CommerceIQ's content optimization helps customers turn trustworthy intelligence into stronger performance on Amazon and other retailers." "Stibo Systems customers already have the hardest part solved: clean, trusted product data," said Himanshu Jain, Co-founder and CPO of CommerceIQ. "Content Agent turns that data into content that sells: AI-optimized, human-approved, and proven to move conversion on Amazon and beyond." The first initiative under the partnership tackles a deadline already on many brands' radar: starting July 27, Amazon will cap product titles at 75 characters. Titles that exceed the limit will be automatically rewritten using Amazon's AI recommendation, taking the brand's own voice and messaging out of the equation, both in search results and on the product detail page. Through this partnership, Stibo Systems customers get complimentary access to CommerceIQ's Content Agent to get ahead of the change. Content Agent rewrites titles to fit within the new limit while preserving the brand's own words and key product details, and drafts updated item highlights to match. Every change routes back to the brand for approval before anything goes live. Nothing published without sign-off. The service is available now for Amazon US, UK, CA, ES, DE, FR, IT, and AU. The Amazon title initiative is the first of several planned areas of collaboration between the two companies, with PIM compliance, SEO, and answer engine optimization (AEO) identified as future focus areas - extending the partnership from managing product content to actively optimizing it across the retail ecosystem.
