Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; holding the professional title is desirable.
  • More than 10 years of experience as a maintenance planner or scheduler.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading maintenance planning.
  • Oil and Gas sector experience is required.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance management and plant shutdown planning.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Plan maintenance and schedule activities, optimizing timing and priorities.
  • Plan plant shutdowns by defining scope, sequence, and resources to minimize downtime.
  • Manage the availability of resources for maintenance execution, including personnel, materials, tools, equipment, and third-party contracts.
  • Manage maintenance indicators to support achievement of area objectives.
  • Ensure proper maintenance planning and equipment availability and reliability.
  • Optimize resources, reduce costs, and ensure plans are completed on schedule.
