Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related area
  • 4-6+ years of sales and marketing experience (multi-discipline, field, corporate) preferable in automotive setting
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within Tennessee, West Virginia, and Kentucky
  • Experience managing cross channel programs
  • Experience interfacing with automotive dealers
  • Customer experience focused initiatives

  • Knowledge / Experience working in EV ecosystem

  • This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
Responsibilities
  • Leading a small team responsible for Digital Retail Platform (DRP) implementation at BAC level in a defined geographical area (People Leader Skills Development Opportunity)
  • Guide dealers through DRP Implementation process including gathering key information and confirming dealership’s ability to utilize platform.
  • Inform dealers and divisional field personnel of DRP Implementation progress and key areas such as training.
  • Facilitating Field and Regional Office employee immersion into Future Retail Model including DRP Integration
  • Facilitate the introduction of Mobil Service+
  • Facilitate the introduction of Vehicle Ordering and Distribution utilization of Fulfillment Centers
