- Must be proficient in automotive repairs.
- Must be able to troubleshoot basic automotive concerns.

- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently, with the majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights and additional lifting from various levels.
- Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
- Requires standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, and may contain fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
- Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Requires use of safety equipment, including face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.
- Requires some driving and frequent typing.
- Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be able to communicate in English to ensure effective performance in a safety-sensitive and technical environment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance, including emissions testing where applicable, vehicle movement, inventory management, repair documentation, and computer utilization.
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on multiple makes and models of inventory vehicles.
- Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re-work and delays in production.
- Properly document all work performed in company systems.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain safety and compliance.
