Responsibilities
  • Act as manager of the supported practice when the Kids’ Dentistry Operations Manager is absent.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties.
  • Work with staff to develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Provide feedback on tactics that affect financial and patient outcomes so the wider organization can benefit.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the office follows PDS standards for facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles and other required meetings.
  • Implement company culture, values, standards, and operational best practices based on the “We Believes.”
  • Represent the PDS brand and make decisions consistent with its brand framework.
  • Execute PDS processes, systems, and tools, and contribute to their improvement.
  • Implement the Perfect Patient Experience process to gain Patients for Life.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies, and address others professionally and respectfully.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state, federal, and other regulations.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
