Facilities Team Leader
About the job
- At least five years of experience in maintenance, repairs, and facility support, including cooling towers and chillers, wastewater treatment, transformers, main distribution boards, distribution boards, and machine and equipment installation.
- Ability to work shifts and in a highly multicultural environment.
- Ensure that assigned systems and equipment are well maintained and available to operate.
- Ensure outsourced companies comply with applicable regulations.
- Handle and carry out emergency situations to eliminate or minimize consequences, losses, and damage to the store.
- Take an active part in preparing budgets for contracts regarding outsourced services.
- Monitor and supervise technicians and outsourced service companies, and cooperate with other departments to meet and exceed targets.
- Coach, support, and challenge team members to help them grow together.
- Ensure reports from technicians and outsourced companies are executed and sent appropriately and within agreed timeframes, and that the information provided is correct.
