Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is required.
  • Three years of experience working with individuals with psychiatric illness is required.
  • A commitment to psychosocial rehabilitation is required.
  • Demonstrated communication and documentation skills are required.
  • The ability to motivate people and build relationships with colleagues at all levels is required.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure while making important clinical decisions is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide at least three full days of Restorative Partial Hospitalization programming per week, with additional days as deemed appropriate by the agency.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager of Residential, Employment & Wellness on program planning and implementation.
