Responsibilities
  • Solving problems for potential customers and demonstrating the value of Cresta
  • Partnering with Sales Directors to understand prospects' situations and challenges
  • Working with stakeholders to craft solutions using Cresta
  • Providing prospects with insights and learnings from experience in improving contact center and customer experience operations
  • Driving adoption during proof of values by training managers and users on the Cresta solution
  • Translating prospect use cases into technical solutions and demonstrating the path to ROI
  • Delivering captivating product demos and running ROI workshops
  • Providing feedback to product management about field successes and failures
