  • 6+ years in enterprise database or software engineering leadership role with experience in software and database development
  • CS/EE degree or equivalent with 6+ years of proven related experience
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of database design principles, RESTful architecture, and web services standards
  • Proficiency in database management platforms and BI tools
  • Experience with developer portal platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of security best practices and protocols relevant to database management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

  • Develop and execute the organization's Aceyus data strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Aceyus data components
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols
  • Champion the developer experience by designing and maintaining an intuitive, user-friendly data set and strategy
  • Implement features and tools to support data engineers/developers in discovering, understanding, and integrating with the Aceyus data stack
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand Aceyus data requirements and prioritize development efforts
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of Aceyus data and related resources
  • Implement robust security measures to protect Aceyus meta and sensitive customer data
  • Monitor Aceyus data usage, performance metrics, and analytics to identify areas for optimization
  • Support the professional growth and development of team members
  • Work with key stakeholders to design, create, and develop report/dashboard visualization and data element standards
  • Develop and maintain user guides for data warehouse best practices and available data elements
  • Work with customers and partners to develop corporate branded visualizations, layouts, reports, and dashboard offerings
  • Research industry trends for data visualization, KPIs, and other complex analytic solutions
  • Ability to work across multiple facets of a project and juggle multiple tasks at the same time
