  • Currently working on a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus.
  • Research skills to stay informed on industry trends (event tech, sustainability, hybrid event formats).
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, including social media and email marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Help the Global Events team plan timelines, manage budgets, and handle logistics.
  • Work with international vendors, venues, and suppliers to lock in event details and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Pitch in with pre-event promotional campaigns, like email marketing, social media, and event-related communication.
  • Assist with attendee registration, gather feedback, compile data, and help create post-event reports.
  • Stay on top of global event trends, such as new technologies, sustainability practices, and hybrid event formats.
