About the job
- At least five years of related technical support experience.
- Advanced network design and architecture experience.
- Expertise installing, configuring, and troubleshooting infrastructure, including Internet connectivity, firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting VLANs.
- Expertise migrating Microsoft servers and Microsoft server applications.
- Expertise installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting hypervisors.
- Expertise installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting storage area networks.
- Expertise migrating, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365.
- Proficiency in scripting and PowerShell.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical people in an understandable way.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to maintain superior client relations.
- Perform complex network architecture and design.
- Perform Windows Server deployments, migrations, and decommissions.
- Perform network infrastructure deployments, migrations, and decommissions.
- Perform client application deployments and migrations.
- Perform email deployments and migrations.
- Perform other related IT support tasks associated with supporting client systems and networks.
- Communicate with clients and provide IT support through specified client IT projects.
- An Associate's degree in Applied Science in Computer or Network studies, or equivalent, is preferred.
- Managed Service Provider experience is preferred.
