Requirements
  • At least five years of relevant work experience spanning marketing, product marketing, product management, or sales engineering.
  • Experience working on go-to-market for a B2B software company.
  • BA or BS required.
  • Fintech or start-up experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead go-to-market activities for core products.
  • Connect product value to customer needs, competitive differentiation, and industry trends.
  • Own positioning, messaging, campaigns, customer marketing, sales enablement, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product team across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Manage new features from conception to launch and adoption.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth to become an expert on target personas and use cases.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Payments and other Modern Treasury products.
  • Shadow customer calls with sales and bank partnerships teams.
  • Explore key use cases of the Modern Treasury platform.
  • Define onboarding project.
  • Complete competitive deep dive.
  • Ship first sales enablement assets.
  • Gather insights from customers and competitors, informing customer segmentation and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop a GTM channel strategy, in partnership with bank and consulting partners.
  • Quarterback first end-to-end product launch.
  • Deliver compelling website copy, enablement playbooks, and customer case studies.
  • Continuously refine positioning, pricing, and packaging.
