The IT Support Analyst will respond to escalated support issues, participate in major projects, and will play a critical role in driving the implementation, use, and ongoing maintenance of Tegus’ technology systems. This role will be focused on working with the IT Team to develop internal tools and integrations to support automation and management of core IT infrastructure, troubleshooting support issues, and work with our InfoSec Team to support compliance. They will ensure that production systems are configured to meet our SLA commitments, with a focus on ensuring scalability. This role presents an exciting opportunity to impact hundreds of end-users on a daily basis as we scale our hyper-growth organization.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement new solutions to support continuous improvement of IT Infrastructure and services.
- Support core services such as: Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian (Jira), Slack, Microsoft Office 365, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint protection, etc.
- Configure and maintain IT, network, and audio/visual equipment in use at HQ Office.
- Partner with Service Desk to streamline employee onboarding and device deployments, with a goal of achieving a zero-touch deployment for all new hardware assets.
- Develop and maintain system and process documentation.
- Build strong, positive working relationships with end-users at Tegus.
- Actively contribute to building a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.
- Proficient with Cloud/SaaS Administration: Slack, Zoom, Google, Office365, Atlassian, Okta, etc.
- Experience with CLI’s and scripting languages such as Python and Bash is preferred.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DHCP, IP networking, VLANs, Access Control Lists, Protocols, etc.
- Experience with configuring and managing operating systems such as Linux, MacOS, and Windows.
- Soft skills: Change management, process improvement, stakeholder management, excellent written and verbal communication.
