Requirements
  • A clear understanding of accounting principles and logic
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate month-end deadlines
  • Produce high-quality and quantity of work while under deadline pressure
  • Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
  • Team player with superior customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of MS office software – MS Excel and Word and CDK
  • Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
  • Must have been a coordinator for six months or have relevant experience
Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify new vehicle invoices/inventory
  • Receive and verify used vehicle purchase and AAX
  • Enter incoming new and used vehicle units
  • Post both new and used vehicles to accounting
  • Posts dealer trades, used inventory, and retail details submitted through BPMS
  • Reviews exceptions in BPMS for new/used inventory and wholesales
  • Reviews and adjusts Lien Payoff, customer equity and all payables schedules
  • Prepare invoices for scanning
  • Ensure all work is complete on deadline critical nights, payroll cut-off and month end
  • Follow-up on accounting inventory questions
