Requirements
  • Experience (6+ years) building and growing the demand marketing function in startups and/or public companies.
  • Creative problem-solving with a metrics-driven mindset to question assumptions, shift priorities and budgets, and drive process improvements.
  • Demonstrated strategic experience thinking through the marketing mix, awareness vs. demand generation approaches, and the ability to build, measure, and evolve campaign strategy from scratch.
  • Build lead generation strategy through paid digital platforms, channels, and DSPs (SEM, SEO, ABM, Display, and Paid Social).
  • Hands-on experience configuring and using marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, SFDC, ABM platforms, and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience with the cybersecurity space and proven ability to hire, manage, and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong executive and board-level communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Ability to work with and present clearly to all levels of Sales leadership.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to story tell and communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Management experience leading five or more demand marketers and a passion for coaching and mentoring to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to set and manage OKRs and goals for the team and at the individual level to align with company strategy and priorities.

  • Hands-on experience managing seven-figure annual budgets in high-growth, innovative marketing organizations with the ability to evolve marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Build marketing strategy, manage talent, and own the operational processes spanning all stages of the marketing funnel for worldwide growth marketing.
  • Drive all digital channels for both pipeline and awareness initiatives.
  • Grow the database of marketable contacts in AppOmni’s ICP and drive creative ways to engage audiences.
  • Deliver pipeline goals through proven channels, low-risk/high-value experimentation, optimization and continuous activation of new channels.
  • Actively manage budget to drive profitable customer acquisition at scale, utilizing insights to continuously reallocate spend and optimize return on investment.
  • Use marketing and SDR metrics to clearly articulate performance in QBRs and board updates.
  • Drive the BOM for product launches, market whitespace penetration, customer expansion and special pipeline gen programs.
  • Work with sales leadership to define the growth plan, channel mix, data and analytics to achieve the company’s pipeline strategy.
  • Serve as a thought leader on tracking and lead management infrastructure - partnering with sales ops, content marketing, and product marketing functions to evolve and continually scale our growth marketing engine.
  • Assess campaign ROI, adjust tactics, and allocate resources efficiently to optimize the budget and program performance.
  • Oversee the Growth Marketing team development, influence, ownership, and scope - instilling discipline, best practices, and consistency for scalability.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an engaged and high-performing marketing team.
