  • Minimum 10 years CPG industry Brand Marketing experience (preferably Food)
  • Minimum of 5 years running the full Brand and P&L over 100 Million Dollars
  • Excellent project management experience and ability to lead others and drive a growth mindset
  • Seasoned creative development and agency management experience
  • High emotional intelligence with strong organization strategic influencing skills
Responsibilities
  • Champion the “Bring the Country In” positioning, building disruptive creative with distinctive assets that the brand can own over time.
  • Lead development and execution of Country Crock brand communication strategy and media plan.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agency partners, building consistent look & feel across all media platforms.
  • Develops robust Business Cases for Innovation projects as well as the long term forecast for the total brand.
  • Lead gate keeping implementation of key innovation projects, ensuring flawless execution at all customer and consumer touch points.
  • Own the Country Crock Masterbrand Brand P&L and manage total A&P.
  • Work with Shopper Marketing team to insure the brand communication strategy is executed at the Customer Level.
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor performance/activities in order to proactively recommend changes to the annual plan improving growth and competitiveness.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams and work closely with Sales Development to ensure alignment and consistency in go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop compelling trade stories for Customer Teams to help secure listings and support for key initiatives.
