  • Proven experience as a VP of Product in a successful, best-in-class multi-product B2B SaaS company ($50M - $100M ARR)
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and shipping complex, data-intensive products at scale
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially across Design and Engineering
  • Strong people leader with experience leading and growing high-performing product teams

Responsibilities
  • Develop, communicate, and champion a compelling long-term product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and business goals
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing, diverse team of product managers and leaders
  • Own the product development lifecycle: from ideation to launch, scaling and iteration
  • Champion the voice of the customer at all stages of product development
  • Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product initiatives are aligned, well-communicated, and interconnected
  • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate product performance, adoption, and business value
