Assistant Accountant Intern
About the job
- The candidate is currently pursuing Bac+2 or Bac+3 studies in accounting.
- The candidate must demonstrate aptitude with numbers, attention to detail, precision, communication ability, honesty, versatility, adaptability, autonomy, and time-management ability.
- Draft various correspondence.
- Manage social administration items, including affiliations, terminations, contracts, DPAE declarations, and payroll elements.
- Retrieve supplier invoices from different interfaces, control them, and record them in the accounts.
- Track expense reports.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
- Send customer reminder files to the relevant sales representatives and directly follow up with certain customers in the portfolio once the required skills have been acquired.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with preparing value-added tax returns and perform the related controls.
- Assist with preparing and filing Declarations of Exchange of Goods.
- Assist with reviewing accounts.
