Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record in a TPM role in a Tech company, successfully managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Direct experience in a technical role (Product/ Engineering).
  • Ability to interact at any level of the organization, from software development teams to CEO.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
  • Solid prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
  • Scope & lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: take complex projects (typically, with 5+ teams involved across Go-To-Market & Product/Engineering teams), break them down into manageable pieces, drive collection of business and systems requirements, write specifications, elaborate project schedules from design to release, clarify roles & responsibilities, and coordinate design/implementation efforts.
  • Act as a cross-functional PMO to deliver projects with expected quality & in a timely manner. Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing customer and business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Challenge technical counterparts as needed, with ability to deep-dive granularity on any topic related to Product, Engineering, Systems.
  • Report progress, anticipate bottlenecks & provide escalation management, interacting with team members up to C-suite.
