About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Strategy & Operations team. Led by a former Bain Manager, this team is reporting directly into the CEO (former AWS), with the mission to support Aircall’s strategic plan definition & execution, framing analytics & key processes and delivering critical strategic projects.
What you’ll do:
- Scope & lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: take complex projects (typically, with 5+ teams involved across Go-To-Market & Product/Engineering teams), break them down into manageable pieces, drive collection of business and systems requirements, write specifications, elaborate project schedules from design to release, clarify roles & responsibilities, and coordinate design/implementation efforts
- Act as a cross-functional PMO to deliver projects with expected quality & in a timely manner. Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing customer and business needs versus technical constraints
- Challenge technical counterparts as needed, with ability to deep-dive granularity on any topic related to Product, Engineering, Systems
- Report progress, anticipate bottlenecks & provide escalation management, interacting with team members up to C-suite
What you’ll bring:
- You have 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record in a TPM role in a Tech company, successfully managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing Go-To-Market oriented projects is a plus
- You have direct experience in a technical role (Product/ Engineering)
- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done
- You are able to interact at any level of the organization, from software development teams to CEO
- You are able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You have solid prioritization skills
