Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned merchant accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, pitch tailored solutions to existing and new clients, and drive revenue growth
  • Develop strategies to optimise budgets, diversify traffic, and enhance performance based on client needs
  • Track account performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to boost ROI
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client experiences and advocate for client needs
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote offerings and expand professional networks
