Digital Account Manager, Ecommerce / Online Advertising

Connexity has recently been acquired by Taboola to make the first Open-Web Source for Publishers connecting editorial content to product recommendations, where readers can easily buy products related to stories they are reading.
We are looking for a proactive Merchant Account Manager to join our team. You will manage portfolio of Merchant / Advertiser / Brand accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As the primary contact for your accounts, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure client success. If you are passionate about e-commerce and digital advertising, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Serve as the main contact for merchant accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
- Strategic Guidance: Understand client needs and goals, providing actionable plans and solutions to grow traffic diversification, and monthly budget allocations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyse data, and provide clients with insights.
- Networking: Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions to build industry connections.
- Experience: 2-3 years in customer success or account management in advertising or e-commerce.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (business level: speaking and writing).
- Track Record: Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
