About the job
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Good ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development knowledge.
- Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, Service Requests, and Service Level Management.
- Experience managing a team of developers.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with various IT service management and other tools.
- Experience developing Employee Self-Service pages.
- Experience with UI Actions, UI Policies, and Access Control Lists.
- Experience writing server-side scripts using Script Includes.
- Experience configuring the License Management module for compliance checks.
- Experience using Access Control Lists to control security mechanisms in ServiceNow.
- Experience with Domain Separation and designing process and data flows across domains.
- Experience with web technologies and AJAX.
- Experience developing composite Service Requests within the Service Catalog module.
- Experience with integrations using web services and MID Server.
- Experience configuring complex reports.
- Must be a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- Manage a team of developers.
- Administer, configure, and develop ServiceNow ITSM functionality.
- Develop Employee Self-Service pages and composite Service Requests within the Service Catalog module.
- Configure security controls, Domain Separation, License Management, integrations, and complex reports.
