  • Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times, and to work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks.
  • Ability to work in and be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
  • Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and thanking them after transactions.
  • Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Adjust to business and guest needs and help guests while completing workload with minimal guest disruption.
  • Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests.
  • Assist with the truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor.
  • Make changes to sales floor merchandise displays for all departments.
  • Conduct weekly price-change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments.
  • Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support execution of major transitions.
  • Maintain interior and exterior brand standards, including emptying garbage cans, attending to restroom cleanliness, collecting carts, charging electronic carts, recycling, and attending to spills throughout the store as needed.
  • Accurately execute all fills, including filling the floor, liability fills, and guest requests, and organize and store reserve product from all departments.
  • Process all inbound deliveries using the receive application to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits.
  • Operate powered equipment to move merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom when certified.
  • Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines.
  • Follow processes accurately, monitor personal progress, and prioritize tasks accurately.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Work safely, comply with safety policies, best practices, and training, and report hazards and correct them where possible.
  • Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs.
