Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the technology sector
  • 1+ years in technology partnerships and business development
  • Experience with growing channel partners or API integrations
  • Proven ability to negotiate, sign, launch, and manage partnerships
  • Demonstrated GTM sense and experience growing and distributing new products via partners
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to execute partner strategy
  • Own and execute partnerships end-to-end
  • Become an expert on Square's products and market landscape
  • Determine and prioritize partner benefits and opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Advocate for partners while balancing Square’s goals
