- Resolve blockers that affect project timelines.
- Select and implement project methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Lead project ceremonies and rituals appropriate to the methodology.
- Lead one-to-one meetings with main client stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and facilitate alignment across internal and external teams.
- Provide timely project updates covering risks, blockers, achievements, and progress.
- Manage project tools such as JIRA and maintain Notion project spaces.
- Set up and manage communication channels such as Slack and Google Spaces.
- Review key deliverables and ensure quality.
- Coordinate closing tasks such as AWS funding applications and feedback surveys.
- Use technical knowledge to guide project strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- Conduct retrospectives and share learnings across teams.
- Provide direct peer feedback.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes across the division.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with backend, data, and DevOps workflows.
