  • Project Management skills
  • BS degree in Engineering or technical field
  • Experience in manufacturing environment minimum 1-3 years
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliability/Warranty Engineering experience
  • Broad knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Standard
  • Broad knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Blueprint Reading, Basic Metrology
  • Broad knowledge of PFMEA and Quality Plan Development
  • Strong Statistical ability and experience including Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility, Statistical Process Control, Process Capability and Design of Experiments
Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute strategic projects related to Quality Assurance
  • Promote use of new technologies for innovation and competitive advantage
  • Ensure developed products meet quality and reliability goals
  • Provide treatment process technical support to various staff
  • Develop practical ways to meet goals from concept to new product launch
  • Mentor/train operators in quality assurance concepts and methods
  • Member of the Material Review Board (MRB)
  • Communicate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis
  • Work on continuous improvement activities
  • Provide quality reports and review trending on assigned areas
  • Conduct failure investigations and problem analysis
  • Support Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Inspection, Distribution, and Product Development Groups
