  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations
  • Be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people
  • Able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure

Responsibilities
  • Develop, communicate, monitor and enforce effective parts department processes
  • Attract, retain, engage and effectively develop a professional workforce
  • Develop and manage a succession plan for identifying and developing future leaders
  • Engage customers and facilitate new and organic growth
  • Actively sell all products and services distributed by Transwest
  • Develop and manage an annual business plan and budget
  • Maintain accurate and effective inventory control process
  • Attend and complete all assigned industry training opportunities
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the director
