- A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, or a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated success supervising employees and managing day-to-day operations.
- Strong knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations, transportation compliance, and safety practices.
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Lead and support a team of drivers and transportation associates.
