Requirements
- Basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule of 40–70 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
- Candidates must travel for extended periods to install jobs.
- Candidates must repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds.
- The role requires working primarily outdoors, with exposure to excessive noise, moving machinery, temperature and humidity changes, and dust.
- Candidates must wear safety clothing and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install and remove mezzanine and tent structures, and perform other assigned duties in the field or warehouse.
- Construct, install, and remove multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures.
- Ensure client satisfaction with the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules.
- Follow appropriate safety measures, including wearing and using safety equipment, and uphold company safety standards.
- Carry, load, and unload materials from trucks to installation locations on site.
- Interact respectfully with multilingual team members, leaders, and clients.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials.
- Perform other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of tent and mezzanine structure installation experience is preferred.
- Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger, or Velderman products is preferred.
- A valid United States driver’s license is preferred.
- Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses are a plus but are not required; training will be provided.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus but is not required; training will be provided.
- Certificates from trade school and apprenticeships are preferred.
