Responsibilities
Track daily cash balances across bank accounts.
Update cash position reports on a daily or weekly basis.
Assist in preparing basic cash flow forecasts.
Flag potential cash shortages or unusual movements.
Prepare and process payments, including supplier payments, reimbursements, and payroll funding.
Ensure payments are properly supported and approved before processing.
Upload payment files to banking platforms.
Maintain payment schedules and monitor due dates.
Download bank statements and transaction reports.
Assist in bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
Record treasury-related transactions in the accounting system.
Coordinate with accounting for proper posting.
Maintain organized records of payments, bank documents, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Support audits by providing required treasury documents.
Follow internal controls for payment processing and cash handling.
Liaise with banks on routine matters, including transaction follow-ups and document requests.
Assist with bank account maintenance, including forms, documentation, and updates.

Participate in treasury-related system or process initiatives.

JOB SUMMARY The Treasury Operations Officer supports the day-to-day treasury operations of the company, including cash monitoring, payment processing, and bank transactions. The role ensures accurate and timely execution of treasury activities while maintaining proper controls and documentation.
