  • Manage the Scalables team for the United States
  • Ensure team members achieve quality and revenue goals
  • Define Scalables strategy for growth in the region
  • Manage local portfolio of Scalable experiences
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Support scalability of experiences
  • Report performance on a regular basis
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities
  • Represent Fever at local events and conversations
